Q: Do you come to us or do we come to you?

Answer: We come to you in fully equipped trucks. Because we size our equipment based on each customers needs, we don’t just show up with softeners, or R.O.’s to sell. We send service people on service calls, not sales people.

Q: Where are you located?

Q: What hours are you open?

Answer: Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm, although someone is usually in the office as early as 6:30 a.m. and will answer your call.

Q: How long have you been in business?

Answer: Clear Water Treatment, Inc., was founded in 1991, by Jeff & Sandy Wilkin

Q: What types of water do you treat?

Answer: Clear Water Treatment, Inc. treats city water and well water.

Q: What types of buildings do you treat?

Answer: We treat water in residential homes, light commercial, hospitals, restaurants, country clubs, crime labs, fire stations, and more.

Q: We are often asked if we do plumbing inside of homes?

Answer: No, we do not. We’ve been here long enough that we are confident to refer plumbers that will respect and treat our customers very well.

Q: Do we offer after hours service?

Answer: YES, though we do our best to help customers over the phone first! Many times we are able to walk them through a simple problem. If we cannot, we will come to their home. But in all honesty folks, it’s hard to do a first class job in the dark as most systems sit outside of the home. So, with that being said, we will work with you to help solve the problem as best we can.

Q: What systems do you sell and service?

Answer: We are unique in that our company was started as a service company first. NOT as a sales company. Our service technicians can service and repair virtually any water system or pump system.

We sell products that are geared to the unique water quality here in S.W. Florida. In other words, equipment that best meets your needs and the environment it will be installed in. As we are an independent company that is locally owned and run by the founding owners, we are not mandated by anyone on what we sell. We listen to you, our customer, and do not have to sell only one brand or product. We use what works, plain and simple. You’re not paying for a national brand that’s made elsewhere, that has a franchise fee attached or is limited in what it can do for the water quality we have here.

Q: What areas in SWFL do you service?

Answer: We serve Alva, Ft. Myers, Lehigh Acres, N. Ft. Myers, San Carlos Park, Cape Coral, Matlacha, Pine Island, Bokeelia, Sanibel, Captiva, N. Captiva, Estero and Bonita Springs. All areas of Lee County.

Q: Will you be here tomorrow?

Answer: Jeff & Sandy Wilkin, V.P. and President of Clear Water Treatment, Inc. have been long time Lee County Florida residents. Jeff since 1978 and Sandy since 1982. Clear Water Treatment, Inc. was founded in 1991. Our business is located in our commercial building that we own. We are actively involved in our community, civic and church.

Q: Do you test water?

Answer: Yes, we do test water. Most testing can be done right at your home. Especially, when testing for sulfur, the rotten egg smell, it’s best to test right at the water source as it is a gas and the most accurate testing is done on-site for sulfur.
